The Bobby Jones Golf Company was created to merge the passion, dedication and
skill of two men: one legendary, the other, a craftsman who bridges the eras of
handmade persimmon woods and high-tech, computer-generated metal wood designs.

Jesse
Ortiz has spent 40 years improving the enjoyment, "tee to greens," of
millions of golfers. Best known as the chief designer of his family's Orlimar
Golf Company until 2003, Ortiz has crafted designs used by over 1,000 tour professionals
worldwide. His Tri-Metals became the Tour's number one fairway metal from 1998
to 2001.
The entire line of Bobby Jones products use a breakthrough
technology in metal design. Utilizing a patented brazing process, the fairway
metals and hybrids feature a crown construction that allows for the transfer of
over 30 grams to the rear soleplate area. The sound- and feel-enhancing maraging
material is forged to a thickness of only 0.35 mm, versus a typical cast crown
of 1.22 mm. This weight displacement lowers and deepens the center of gravity,
increasing launch trajectory and minimizing spin for longer carry distance and
softer landing. All fairway metals and hybrids feature Carpenter 465 maraging
steel faces, milled to only 1.6 mm for maximum energy transfer and optimal ball
compressions.
The drivers are designed with graphite composite
crowns and Russian beta titanium faces to redistribute weight to the rear of the
clubhead, expanding the "Triangle of Stability™" for maximum forgiveness.

the world's most beautiful golf clubs can be named "The Bobby Jones Collection
Series." Designed for the most discriminating golfers, Collection is sculpted
in he classic profile of yesteryear's persimmon woods. The clover leaf soleplate,
inspired by Bobby Jones' personal woods, is embellished with heavy, copper-tungsten
inlays surrounding the distinctive Jones Medallion, which commemorates his birth
on St. Patrick's Day. The clean, pro-style set up, and the shallow face design,
facilitate playability in all conditions.
Collection is presented
with Fujikura's Speeder Series graphite shafts, in 47 and 57 gram weights. Our
proprietary, five-coat, translucent Merlot finish, the hand-wrapped calfskin leather
grips, and our famous genuine sheepskin headcovers complete the traditional look
of these high-tech wonders.

Technology, Playability and Forgiveness
Bobby
Jones Players is the next generation of technology from an earlier Jesse Ortiz
design that became the #1 fairway metal on Tour, from 1998 to 2001. Smaller in
profile, but slightly deeper in face dimension, Players is designed with the look
that Tour professionals prefer, while incorporating the critical weight distributions
that enhance playability and forgiveness for mid- to high- handicap golfers. The
clean, symmetrical shape of the heads, encourage easy alignment to the target,
providing shot maneuverability that is uncommon in fairway metals. The sleek,
tri-tiered power sole reduces drag in all turf conditions. The classically shaped
440 cc Players drivers feature two strategically positioned weight screws, of
2 (gold) and 12 (silver) grams that expand the Triangle of Stability™, maximizing
the accuracy-enhancing phenomenon known as the "gear effect." All Players
clubs feature a deep, translucent "forest green" color, proprietary
JS-6 and JS-7 shafts by Graphite Design and classic, heavy-knit headcovers.
The Hybrids
Using the same technology as
our fairway metals, Bobby Jones Hybrids are designed to replace the hard-to-hit
long irons. Rather then designing hybrids that look like irons, our philosophy
takes advantage of a fairway metal's low and deep CG, its wide-bodied TOS™,
and its versatile contoured sole.
Bobby Jones Hybrids are
also shorter in length to increase accuracy and to truly be long iron replacements…not
fairway metal alternatives. For this reason, our hybrids are labeled exponentially
to identify which iron it replaces. Thus, for example, the 21 degree H3 (H to
the power of 3) is the 3 iron replacement; and H5 (H to the power of 5) is the
5 iron replacement.
The Players Series for Women

Design, Rejuvenating Performance
Designed
expressly for the active, recreational golfer, Bobby Jones Womens represents a
technological breakthrough in ease of playability, performance and style.
Utilizing the technologies developed for the Collection and Players lines, Womens
is comprised of a seamless flow of nine clubs, perfectly lofted and set to length,
to provide a meaningful distance between each club. All woods and hybrids are
designed with a patent-pending lowered rear apex, significantly reducing pushed
or sliced shots.
The offset hossels and shallow faces consistently
produce esy high-trajectory, soft-landing shots. The innovative, hybrid-style
sole design reduces turf drag, maximizing ball compression and minimizing side
spin. The oversized 8/9 Pitching and Sand irosn are designed with very low centers
of gravity. The Sand wedge features a generous 59 degrees of loft and 20 degrees
of bounce for great recoveries from bunkers and other troubled lies.
Bobby
Jones Womens is painted with the same proprietary Merlot finish as our flagship
Collection Series and includes our famous sheepskin covers.
