WINS INGMA MEDIA AWARD
Ann Liguori's Sports Innerview TV
show took home the INGMA Media Award in the Television category, sponsored
by KINeSYS, at the 12th Annual ING Spring Conference & Championship Awards
Banquet Wednesday Night at Mid Pines Inn & Golf Club.
Nearly
250 golf industry and media leaders were in attendance at the annual
gathering
held to enhance and promote communication and education in golf. It is presented
by the International Network of Golf, a media-based networking organization
with over 1,000 members.
The awards are given annually to ING Members
Association members for an outstanding story or contribution in the following
categories: Book, Travel, Equipment, Business, Opinion, Competition, Instruction,
Profiles, Television, Radio, Illustration, and Photography. The winners are chosen
by independent judges in the respective fields.

Ross; Profiles - Mike Purkey, Golf Magazine; Equipment - Peter Finney, Golf Product
News; Photography - Fred Vuich, Golf Magazine; Competition - Mike Kern, Philadelphia
Daily News; Instruction - Jonathan Abrahams, Golf Magazine; Travel - Chris Hill,
Great Lakes Golf Magazine; Illustration - Mike Okamoto, Golf Illustrated; Business
- Peter Finney, Golf Product News; Radio - Vince Mastracco, Golf Talk.
Each winner received a handsome Fluid Swing INGMA Media Awards trophy from Everything
Metal Imaginable and $300 cash.
